SHEET MEMBER FOR TOUCH PANEL, TOUCH PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet member for a touch panel of which the touch feeling and the writing feeling when input is performed with a pen or a finger are improved.

SOLUTION: A sheet member for a touch panel is laminated on a touch surface of a touch panel, and of which the difference (μs-μk) between a static friction coefficient (μs) and a dynamic friction coefficient (μk) in a measurement method on the surface of the sheet member is 0.05 or less. In the measurement method, measurement is performed by moving the touch pen made of hemispherical polyacetal resin of which the tip shape is radius of 0.8 mmR on the surface of the sheet member with load of 200 g, at speed of 100 mm/sec under atmosphere of 23°C, 50% (relative humidity).
