PURPOSE: A lubrication band for a wet-type shaving razor is provided to maintain a lubrication function by hydrolysis using polyester resin, to reduce environmental loads through biodegrading, and to manufacture a dermotropic lubrication band using resin extracted from a plant. CONSTITUTION: A lubrication band(40) of a wet-type shaving razor is made of a composite including non-aqueous polylactide, aliphatic polyester, water soluble polymer, and viscosity increasing agent.
