PURPOSE: A scalp treatment device for scalp care and a use pack thereof are provided to be effective in hair loss prevention and scalp diseases and to improve the healthy condition of scalp further. CONSTITUTION: A scalp treatment device for scalp care includes a mesh pouch placed in the scalp treatment device with a round hat shape; an opened non woven pack bag(2) formed on one side of the mesh pouch; multiple natural magnets(6) attached to the upper side of water-repellent cloth; the water-repellent cloth(4) equipped on the carbon heating textile(3); and a helmet-shaped insulation(5) arranged on the water-repellent cloth.
