PURPOSE: A 3D emitter module and a 3D synchronization signal system thereof are provided to secure compatibility between 3D glasses and a 3D display device having a different protocol from the 3D glasses. CONSTITUTION: A formatter(120) detects and analyzes a 3D video signal received in a receiving unit(110) to generate a 3D synchronization signal synchronized with the 3D video signal. A first MCU(Micro Controller Unit)(140) receives and detects the 3D video signal by controlling the formatter and the receiving unit. A transmitting unit(130) outputs the 3D video signal of the formatter to the outside. An IR(Infrared Ray) modulating unit(160) modulates the 3D synchronization signal into an IR signal. A second MCU(150) transmits the 3D video signal by controlling the transmitting unit and the formatter and generates the 3D synchronization signal.
