<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion module 13 includes: a substrate 1; a first lower electrode layer 2a and a second lower electrode layer 2b that are provided spaced apart from each other on the substrate 1; a first semiconductor layer 3b with a first conductivity type that is provided from on the first lower electrode layer 2a to on the second lower electrode layer 2b; a second semiconductor layer 4 with a second conductivity type that is provided on the first semiconductor layer 3b; a connection conductor 7 that electrically connects the second lower electrode layer 2b and a second semiconductor layer 4; a wiring conductor 9 that is bonded to a part located on the first lower electrode layer 2a and spaced apart from the first semiconductor layer 3b, and is used for drawing an electrical output to the outside; and a wall portion W that is provided on a part located on the first lower electrode layer 2a and between the first semiconductor layer 3b and the wiring conductor 9 so as to be spaced apart from the first semiconductor layer 3b, and has a lower thermal expansion coefficient than the wiring conductor 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
