<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank opening and closing device 10 which makes compatibility between pressure controllability and sealability against rainwater and the like established by a simple configuration, for a fuel passage surrounded by a plurality of opening and closing members. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel tank opening and closing device 10 includes: a first opening forming member 22 having a first opening 23a; a second opening forming member 26 having a second opening 26a; a second opening and closing member 51; and a gasket GS. A tank opening forming member 11 includes: an insertion passage forming member 27 for forming an insertion passage 11Pa connecting the first and second openings 23a and 26a together and for guiding a fuel supply nozzle FN to the second opening 26a from the first opening 23a; an outside air passage forming member 21c which is arranged with a predetermined gap on the outer peripheral side of the insertion passage forming member 27; and an outside air vent passage 11Pc for connecting the insertion passage 11Pa and the outside together through the predetermined gap and a vent hole 27b formed in the insertion passage forming member 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
