摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control system in which power consumption is predicted on the basis of power consumption result values collected at a substation and the power consumption is reflected on the operation of each train. <P>SOLUTION: A power control system 200 includes an electric energy result information storage section, a train power consumption storage section, a determination section and a command section. The electric energy result information storage section stores substation power consumption output from a substation 301 and the upper limit value of electric energy that can be supplied from the substation. The train power consumption storage section stores train power consumption output from a train. The determination section refers to the electric energy result information storage section and the train power consumption storage section and determines whether or not the total power consumption of trains being operated within a power supply section to which one substation supplies power exceeds the upper limit value of electric energy that can be supplied from the substation. If the total power consumption exceeds the upper limit value as the result of the determination, the command section transmits a warning signal to the trains being operated within the power supply section to which the substation supplies power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
