MINING ELEVATOR RIGID GUIDE RAIL AND LAYOUT STRUCTURE THEREOF

A mining elevator rigid guide rail and layout structure thereof, the guide rail comprising steel rails (3), a steel rail beam support (4), and sliding guides (2); the sliding guides (2) are respectively disposed on an elevator car (1) and an elevator counterweight (5), the steel rails (3) are fixed on the two sides of the steel rail beam support (4) while vertically passing through the sliding guides (2) respectively disposed on the elevator car (1) and the elevator counterweight (5); the steel rail beam support (4) is disposed on a inside wall (6) of a mine shaft lining, and is located between the elevator car (1) and the counterweight (5). The mining elevator rigid guide rail and the layout structure thereof in the present invention are suitable for use in the mining elevators for sub-surface mining with multiple horizontal working planes, and have the advantages of simple structure, ease of fabrication, reliable performance and simple installation.
