<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching device of a robot arm, a robot apparatus, a teaching method, a control device of the robot arm, a control program of the robot arm, and an integrated electronic circuit that provide safety and favorable operational feeling during teaching, and generate a work trajectory. <P>SOLUTION: When a robot 1010A is in a state of low measuring accuracy, a person is informed of the low accuracy by vibrating an operation section 1020, or a situation where only work that does not require high accuracy can be completed is created.
