PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method, a program, and an image processing system for improving processing loads and accuracy of an image analysis.

SOLUTION: An image processor includes: an attention area determination unit that determines, on the basis of an analysis result of a depth map that represents distances of respective positions in a target space obtained by a depth map sensor, an attention area from a picked-up image obtained by an image pick-up apparatus that picks up an image of the target space; and an image analysis unit that performs image analysis of the attention area determined by the attention area determination unit.
