<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an influence of a shadow, and precisely and speedily acquire three-dimensional data by a phase shift method. <P>SOLUTION: A component mounting apparatus includes: a camera 101 having an area image sensor 111 in which imaging pixels are aligned in a matrix in a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to each other; movement means 102 which relatively and consecutively moves the camera 101 and a measuring object 200 in the first direction; first irradiation means 131 for emitting first periodic light at a first angle; second irradiation means 132 for emitting second periodic light at a second angle; irradiation control means 104 for controlling so that first irradiation time and second irradiation time do not overlap with each other; and image acquisition means 105 for acquiring an image of a target part when irradiated by the first irradiation means 131 using a plurality of first lines 171 of the area image sensor 111 and acquiring an image when irradiated by the second irradiation means 132 using a plurality of second lines 172. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
