<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a multidirectional corrugated material of various corrugating shapes; a manufacturing device for manufacturing the same; and a device for manufacturing a corrugated material, by corrugating a sheet nipped by a pair of corrugating gear wheels in the crossing direction to the corrugated sheet. <P>SOLUTION: Using a corrugated material manufacturing device 1 provided with: a pair of processing gear rollers 11 which nip to corrugate an aluminum sheet material 120; a servomotor 12 which rotate to drive the processing gear rollers 11 respectively; and an interval adjustment servomotor 13 which adjusts the clearance K between the engagement parts engaging each other in the processing gear rollers 11, a bidirectional corrugated material 100 is manufactured by crossing the corrugating direction of the second corrugating for a corrugated material 130 nipped by the processing gear rollers 11 and the clearance K between the engagement parts is adjusted per corrugating by the interval adjustment servomotor 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
