PURPOSE: A V-type rod for vehicle suspension system is provided to reduce the generation of harmful materials by removing a fixing process through welding or swaging. CONSTITUTION: A V-type rod(1) for vehicle suspension system comprises a connection member(11), a caulonema(10), and a shock-absorbing bush(20). The connection member comprises a bush hole(11a). An end member(12) is connected to the caulonema through a rod member(13). The connection member, the end member, and the rod member are molded through a cast molding process in the caulonema. The caulonema comprises a strength complement plate comprised of stainless steel. The caulonema includes stable tensile strength by the strength complement plate. The shock-absorbing bush is individually inserted into the bush holes formed in the connection member and the end member. |
