FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely dentistry and aims at temporary prosthetic replacement for a period of osteointegration of an endosseous dental implant. A SNAP-like quick-hardening plastic is prepared. A roll is made and pressed to carrier abutments pre-coated with Vaseline. A resin-like stage of polimerisation is followed by a bridge prosthesis by means of a spatula, and grinding and polishing it with rubber pillows. An attachment and an antagonist fitting are to be checked. Small holes are formed in the centre of a grinding surface of the prosthesis to facilitate the removal of the abutment screws. The bridge prosthesis is fixed with permanent glassionomeric cement to the abutments. The holes are closed by a light curing composite. It is followed by grinding and polishing. On the next visit, the composite is removed be means of a ball-shaped bur. The bridge prosthesis is removed together the abutments for inspection of the postoperative cavity.EFFECT: method enables uniform distribution of implant pressure, re-use of a temporary orthopaedic structure and rigid connection of this structure and the abutment due to the use of the screwed-in inspection constructions made of a plastic or a composite.2 dwg
