PURPOSE: An axle rigging prevention system of a vehicle is provided to expose an unlawful enter caused by axle rigging when measuring a load of an axle of the vehicle, thereby preventing the rigging. CONSTITUTION: An axle rigging prevention system of a vehicle comprises detecting pads(110,120,130,140), sham pads(210,220,230,240), a frame, and a control unit. The detecting pads detect the vibration of wheels on a same axle of the vehicle. The sham pads are form into a shape same with the detection pads. The frame includes spaces for installing the detection pads and the sham fads and is arranged on a target road. The control unit is electrically connected to the frame, determines the existence of an overload of the vehicle based on the vibration information detected by the detection pads, and determines an unlawful enter caused by the axle rigging of the vehicle.
