PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly control the arrangement of cargoes.

SOLUTION: A carrying device arranges a first cargo at an end of one of a plurality of cargo trains which are identified based on information stored in a tag attached to the first cargo while additionally writing the information stored in a tag attached to a second cargo arranged at the end of one cargo train to the tag attached to the first cargo.
