摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle detector capable of easily and stably replacing a collection member. <P>SOLUTION: A particle detector includes a lid part 111 having an introduction port 111a and a body part 112 which has a discharge port facing the introduction port 111a and is combined with the lid part 111 to be a box shape. The particle detector includes a discharge part for charging particles included in air and a collection part for collecting particles charged by the discharge part by adhering to a collection substrate 170 by an electrostatic force. The particle detector includes: an irradiation part 130 for irradiating the particles adhered to the collection substrate 170 with excitation light; a fluorescence detection part 160 for detecting fluorescence emitted from the particles irradiated with excitation light; and a heating part for heating the particles adhered to the collection substrate 170. The discharge part, irradiation part 130 and fluorescence detection part 160 are attached to the lid part 111. The collection part and heating part are attached to the body part 112.
