摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode observation device capable of obtaining measurement accuracy necessary for inspection of a transparent electrode formed on a surface of a resin sheet with lower ultraviolet ray transmittance compared with glass, such as quartz glass. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent electrode observation device comprises: a light source 1 for emitting light including ultraviolet light in a wavelength band of 200-300 nm where light transmittance of a transparent electrode P formed on a surface of a resin sheet F is 50% or less; an optical filter 2 for transmitting light in a wavelength band of 400-500 nm where light intensity of the resin sheet F excited by ultraviolet light emitted from the light source 1 to emit fluorescence is 0.1 or more; and a camera 3 for photographing an image having sensitivity to wavelengths within a visible range transmitting the optical filter 2. Thereby, a part formed with the transparent electrode P is darkly photographed, and the other part is brightly photographed. Consequently, the shape of the transparent electrode P difficult to be visually identified in visible light can be specified, and measurement accuracy necessary for inspection of the transparent electrode P can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
