<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mapping which facilitates HARQ processes in a transmitter or transceiver where codewords from the HARQ processes are mapped and assigned to various layers for transmission and/or retransmission of information on a radio channel. <P>SOLUTION: A codeword of HARQ is generated, and mapped onto a plurality of layers corresponding to a transmission rank such that the number of layers is equal to a channel rank of a radio channel to be used for the transmission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
