<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting a picture size in an electronic apparatus equipped with a touch screen and a method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for adjusting a picture size in an electronic apparatus equipped with a touch screen is for adjusting size of a display area in the electronic apparatus equipped with a touch screen and includes: a process for checking an amount of size adjustment on the basis of touch information; and a process for adjusting size of the display area in accordance with the amount of size adjustment.
