PURPOSE: A flooring material equipping a surface synthetic resin layer for replacing a sliced veneer is provided to prevent a flooring material from being scratched, pressed, spilt, and in different colors. CONSTITUTION: A flooring material equipping a surface resin layer for replacing a sliced veneer comprises a plywood layer(10), a bonding layer(20), and a thermosetting property marble layer(30). The thermosetting property marble layer is an overlaid sheet which is made of an impregnated thermosetting or thermoplastic resin by melamine. Each layer of the flooring material is integrated by cooling and being pressed with 10-15kg of pressure at 20-30 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes. |
