Pack sea urchin bureau material. Sterilize packed sea urchin bureau material at 80>= ~ 150>=. Freeze sterilized sea urchin bureau material at -5>=~-40>=. Form moisture content about total weight of sea urchin steameddish with 5~30% in a step of formatting sea urchin steameddish. Pack with a vacuum drawing 20 ~ 40 cm / hg in a packing step. Freeze sea urchin egg laid shell before the separating step.
