<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by stopping idling operation without causing a problem resulting from the provision of an electric actuator. <P>SOLUTION: A work machine, in which hydraulic actuators 21, 22, 23, 31, 32 and a revolving electric motor 10 work by the operation of operation levers 50, 70, includes a capacitor 61 for storing electric power when a generator-motor 44 works for generating electric power while supplying electric power when the generator-motor 44 is electrically operated, and the revolving electric motor 10.
