This multilayer metal member for fixation is provided with: a metal base that has a first layer (11), which is composed of a seamless electroformed belt of nickel or a nickel alloy, and a second layer (12), which is composed of a seamless electroformed belt of a metal that has a lower Young's modulus than the first layer (11); and a fluororesin layer (17) that is provided on the second layer (12) side of the metal base with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween. The ratio of the thickness of the second layer (12) to the total thickness of the metal base is 0.25-0.65.
