BLOW-BY GAS RECIRCULATION APPARATUS WITH A BULIT-IN INTEGRATED GAS CONTROL MODULE

PURPOSE: A blow-by gas recirculation device with a built-in integrated gas control module is provided to flow blow-by gas penetrated through the integrated gas control module to an intake manifold without additional external hose. CONSTITUTION: A blow-by gas recirculation device with a built-in integrated gas control module comprises a housing unit(600), a blow-by gas control integration module(500), a first gas passage(110), and a second gas passage(210). A gas inlet(610) is formed on one side of the housing unit, and a gas outlet(620) is formed on the other side of the housing unit. An oil outlet is formed on the bottom surface of the housing unit. The blow-by gas control integration module is installed inside a cam cover(100). The first gas passage is extended to a cylinder head(200) inside the cam cover. The second gas passage is connected to the first gas passage and to an intake manifold inside the cylinder head.
