Provided is an electronic circuit unit which can be made more compact, can have a simpler structure, and includes a circuit board, a case therefor, and a connector for external connection. This electronic circuit unit comprises: the circuit board (10) having a plurality of conductors (14) for connection disposed in an edge section (12) thereof; the case (CS) housing same; and a plurality of terminals (30) disposed on the terminals of each of a plurality of wires (W). The case (CS) integrally has a board housing section (20) and a terminal holding section (40). The board housing section (20) holds the circuit board (10) at a prescribed board holding position. The terminal holding section (40) holds these terminals (30) in an arrangement whereby each terminal (30) is in contact with each conductor (14) for contact in the circuit board (10) which is at the board holding position.
