PURPOSE: A sealing film and an organic electronic device including the same are provided to accomplish economical and environment-friendly effect by forming an organic layer which is included in the sealing film with a thermal evaporation mode. CONSTITUTION: An organic emitting device layer(20) is formed on a substrate(10). A first thin film(100) is formed on the organic emitting device layer. A second thin film(200) is formed on the first thin-film. A third thin film(300) is formed on the second thin-film. An interlayer barrier layer(400) is formed n the third thin-film. A hardening layer(500) is formed on the interlayer barrier layer. The interlayer barrier layer comprises one and more a plate material having a nano structure on the upper side of an organic layer. |
