<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult to obtain a sufficient suppressing effect of a pressure variation while securing a bubble discharge property. <P>SOLUTION: A common liquid chamber 10 is formed in a planar shape and a rectangle shape in a nozzle arrangement direction. An end in a liquid chamber longitudinal direction of a channel plate 2 constituting a channel member 23 faces the inside of the common liquid chamber 10 as it is. An end in the liquid chamber longitudinal direction of a vibration plate member 3 is positioned where the end retreats in a direction on the opposite side of the common liquid chamber 10 with respect to the end in the liquid chamber longitudinal direction of the channel plate 2. A part of an end on a common liquid chamber 10 side of a liquid chamber 6 of the channel plate 2 is opened. As a result, at an inlet side of the liquid chamber 6, that is, the common liquid chamber 10 side of a liquid supply path 7, a horizontal opening 7a which is opened in a direction (X direction) along a liquid flow direction in the liquid chamber 6 and a vertical opening 7b which is opened in a direction (Y direction) perpendicular to the direction along the liquid flow direction in the liquid chamber 6 are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
