FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises condensation and amination of POD oil. Note here that said condensation and amination agent represents urotropin while process is implemented in one step in organic solvent. Said organic solvent represents aliphatic alcohols of normal and isometric structure C-Cand/or other spirit-based mixes in the presence of acid catalyst at 85-120°C at the following ratio of components, in wt %: POD oil 60.0-75.0, urotropin 5.0-15.0, catalyst 2.0-3.0 at weight ratio between catalyst and urotropin making 1:4.2-5.25, and solvent 10.0-30.0, for 6-8 hours unless product reaches amine number of, at least, 50 mg KOH/g and complete decomposition of urotropin.EFFECT: higher efficiency of antirust protection.4 cl, 2 tbl, 18 ex |
