<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piano auxiliary pedal device by which a relative position relation of the auxiliary pedal to a piano body pedal is correctly set, and the pedal operation by a player is performed without a sense of incongruity and a piano is easily and comfortably played. <P>SOLUTION: A plate positioning mechanism composed of a push-button 25 etc. which fixes a movable plate 24 which contacts tips of the body pedals P1 and P2 of the piano A at a projection position and a returning position by projecting/returning in a piano front/backward direction, by a predetermined distance, is provided.
