PURPOSE: A clamp for fixing a straight pipe lamp for a lighting device is provided to reduce the number of components and the concern of losing components by excluding bolts and nuts by inserting the clamp for fixing into a hole for coupling a lamp device with a clip part acting elastically. CONSTITUTION: A first curvature part(110) forms an arch shaped space inside by being formed in a pair at both sides. An accommodation part(111), at which a first bending part(150a) bent in the outer direction of a clamp(100) is formed, is mounted at the upper part of the first curvature part. A supporting part(120) is formed at the lower part of the first curvature part for supporting the first curvature part. A second curvature part(130) has a shape round to the inner direction of the clamp. A third bent part(150c) and a fourth bent part(150d), which are acting as a hanging protrusion, are respectively formed at both ends of the second curvature part.
