PURPOSE: A moisturizer for fuel cells is provided to maintain bonding force of a potting part fixing a housing and a hollow fiber membrane regardless of temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A moisturizer(10) for fuel cells comprises a housing part(1) mounted with a bundle of hollow fiber membranes; a potting part fixing the end part of the hollow fiber membranes to a housing part and touching the inner wall of the housing part; and an insert element dividing the potting part. The insertion member is inserted between the inner wall and the bundle of the hollow fiber membranes. The bundle of the hollow fiber membranes are divided into a plurality of the hollow fiber membranes. The insertion member is inserted into the potting part filling the gap between the divided bundles.
