PURPOSE: A real-time wavelength analysis optical communication system is provided to offer visual information to a line manager and a system manager by automatically analyzing the state of a cable in which substandard optical power is detected in a successive monitoring state. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber cable state generating server(300) visualizes a normal or an abnormal state in each optical fiber cable ID(Identification) on a corresponding location by referring to GIS(Geographic Information System) information by using optical fiber cable monitoring information received from a remote monitoring server(200). The remote monitoring server visualizes a testing device state by using optical fiber cable monitoring information transmitted from an optical fiber cable testing device(100). The optical fiber cable testing device detects communication problems in each wavelength of a single optical core line by simultaneously measuring a plurality of optical core lines by using an OTDR(Optical Time0Domain Reflectometer) method.
