The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adhesive agent composition which is a polyurethane adhesive agent containing a polyester polyol as the main ingredient, and which can exhibit equivalent or superior levels of wet heat resistance, weather resistance and solvent resistance to those of conventional products while keeping the low-temperature laminating property at an ordinary level. An adhesive agent composition comprising a polyester polyol (A) and a polyisocyanate compound (B), and characterized in that the polyester polyol (A) comprises, as copolymerization components, isophthalic acid in an amount of 40 to 80 mol% inclusive relative to the total content of all of polycarboxylic acid components, ortho-phthalic acid in an amount of 20 to 60 mol% inclusive relative to the total content of all of the polycarboxylic acid components and butanediol in an amount of 50 to 90 mol% inclusive relative to the total content of all of polyhydric alcohol components, and the polyisocyanate compound (B) is a component selected from aliphatic polyisocyanate compounds and alicyclic polyisocyanate compounds or a mixture of two or more of these compounds.
