摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon-carbon coupling reaction method of an organic compound by utilizing a microreactor system provided with a high-pressure mixing means and a high-temperature and high-pressure reaction means and using high-temperature and high-pressure water. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon-carbon coupling reaction method of an organic compound according to a reaction process using high-temperature and high-pressure water as a reaction medium is provided, wherein while a reaction substrate which is solid at 25&deg;C and 1 atm is dissolved in or mixed with a medium obtained by adding a quasi-solvent to water or while the reaction substrate is melted by heating, the substrate is subjected to reaction in a microreactor under the conditions of high-temperature and high-pressure water to form a carbon-carbon bond of the organic compound. Thus, the new carbon-carbon coupling reaction method is provided, which forms the carbon-carbon bond of the organic compound in a short time and with a high yield and high selectivity utilizing the high-temperature and high-pressure microreactor system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
