<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure and pressure gauge having a structure of delaying infiltration of hydrogen molecules transmitted through a diaphragm and a welded part. <P>SOLUTION: The differential pressure and pressure gauge includes a liquid contact block formed into a disk shape, a doughnut-shaped seal ring, and a diaphragm having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the seal ring and larger than the inner diameter thereof and one surface plated with gold. The diaphragm is welded to one surface of the seal ring from the gold plated side at a plurality of places. The seal ring is welded to the liquid contact block outside the outer diameter of the diaphragm from the other surface.
