TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

[Problem] To provide: a transparent conductive film which has excellent resistance stability under high temperature high humidity conditions and excellent durability to pen-based input when used in a touch panel; and a method for efficiently producing the transparent conductive film. [Solution] A transparent conductive film wherein a transparent conductor film of tin oxide-added indium oxide is laminated on at least one surface of a transparent plastic film base. This transparent conductive film is characterized in that: the tin oxide content decreases continuously and/or in stages in the transparent conductor film in the film thickness direction from the transparent plastic film base side toward the surface layer side; the tin oxide content contained in the surface layer-side transparent conductor film is 0.5-8% by mass; the tin oxide content contained in the transparent plastic base-side transparent conductor film is higher than the surface layer-side content by 20-60% by mass; the total thickness of the transparent conductor film is 16-50 nm; and the thickness of a part of the transparent conductor film having a tin oxide content of 0.5-8% by mass is 15 nm or more.
