[Problem] To enable the control of communication precision in accordance with changes over time pertaining to the degree of transmission priority of data in an ad-hoc network. [Solution] An ad-hoc network communication terminal (100) is configured from a network interface (113), which transmits/receives packets to/from another communication terminal (101), and a computation device (111) that performs: a process that, for each packet received from the other communication terminal (101) via the network interface (113), calculates the degree of transmission priority of the packet by applying the time elapsed from the time of packet reception to the time of the next packet transmission by the communication terminal to a function of change over time in the degree of transmission priority in accordance with the packet type that the packet indicates; a process that, in accordance with the calculated degree of transmission priority of each packet, determines the packet that is earliest in order of transmission among the packets that are planned for transmission; and a process that, when the time of the next packet transmission arrives, transmits the packets that are planned for transmission in accordance with the determined order of transmission.
