PURPOSE: A producing method of high-functional germinated cereals is provided improve the productivity of the cereals, and to remove the fermentation smell from the germinated cereals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of high-functional germinated cereals comprises the following steps: dipping brown rice, millet, German millet, bean, barley, red bean, and other cereals to a ginkgo leaf extract; taking the cereals out from the extract and spraying a phellinus linteus extract dilutant to the cereals inside a germination room at 25~33deg C, for germinating for 10hours~5days; drying the germinated cereals before crushing into 10~50micrometers; drying tangle weeds and salicornia herbacea L after washing, and crushing into 10~50micrometers; and mixing the obtained powders. |
