PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform hereditary processing of a parameter of a filter component without uselessly increasing the number of genes to be used for hereditary processing. SOLUTION: There is provided a hereditary processing apparatus which includes: a generation part for generating a new filter by hereditary processing from a filter group including at least one filter configured by combining a plurality of filter components which convert and output input data as output data; and an adjustment part for adjusting the parameter of the filter components included in the new filter by hereditary processing.
