PURPOSE: A blade deflection monitoring device and a wind power generator with the same are provided to monitor deflection of a blade and to control operation of the wind power generator according to monitored results. CONSTITUTION: A blade deflection monitoring device comprises a wire(120) and a tension measuring member(160). One end of the wire is connected to one side of a blade(14), and the other end thereof is connected to the other side of the blade. The tension measuring member is connected to the wire.
