The bar (19) has structured surfaces (32A, 32B) formed at a region of a chamfer of the bar during photochemical etching process. Contour edges are formed at a region of the structured surface and comprise undercuts. The structured surfaces are arranged at a distance above a teeth series (22) of a comb bar. The teeth series comprises large teeth and small teeth, and is arranged between the large teeth and the small teeth. A smooth comb bar region (34) is formed between the structured surfaces. The comb bar is formed of a spring steel sheet.
