PURPOSE: A chassis structure and a backlight unit including the same are provided to combine a chassis with a heat radiation circuit board without using a blanket. CONSTITUTION: A chassis(110) includes a bottom surface(110a) and a lateral surface(110b). An exposure hole(115) is formed in the lateral surface to expose a light emitting device(170) having a heat radiation circuit board(130). The heat radiation circuit board is fixed to the chassis.
