SUPERSONIC GRATING THREE-DIMENSIONAL ELECTRONIC IMAGING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although a three-dimensional imaging system by a one-dimensional array wave transmitters performing supersonic sweep irradiation in a direction different for each frequency is known, simplification of an apparatus for this system seems to be difficult because a two-dimensional convergence acoustic lens is required and the two-dimensional convergence acoustic lens becomes a heavy object.

SOLUTION: An inventive simple three-dimensional imaging system consisting of one-dimensional array wave transmitters and one-dimensional array wave receivers does not require a two-dimensional convergence acoustic lens becoming a heavy object, by using a single phase plate or an inverted phase plate in a configuration in which a one-dimensional direction is scanned by frequencies.
