<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the carrying property regarding a mouthpiece, and an exhalation measuring apparatus equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The exhalation measuring apparatus includes: a body case 7 which has a cylindrical shape, and of which one end opening becomes an exhalation blowing-in part 5, and of which the other end opening becomes a device fitting part 6; and a filter 8 which is fitted in the body case 7. On the exhalation blowing-in part 5 side in the body case 7, a branching rib 9 for making blowing-in air disperse in the body case 7 is installed. The filter 8 is arranged in a state being in contact with the branching rib 9. On the body case 7 internal surface side on the device fitting part 6 side of the filter 8, a protuberance 10 for preventing the filter 8 from dropping off is formed. On the exhalation blowing-in part 5 side of the body case 7, a protuberance 11 for stacking is formed. On the device fitting part 6 side of the body case 7, a protuberance fitting section 12 for stacking is formed.
