<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for preventing and/or treating movement disorder, having an adenosine A<SB POS="POST">2A</SB>receptor antagonistic action. <P>SOLUTION: A triazolopyrimidine derivatives expressed by formula (I) or their pharmacologically allowable salts is provided. In the formula, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>expresses a substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>expresses a hydrogen atom, a halogen, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>expresses a hydrogen atom, a halogen, or -WR<SP POS="POST">4</SP>(in the formula, W is -O- or -S-, and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>is a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group); and Q<SP POS="POST">1</SP>expresses a hydrogen atom or 3,4-(dimethoxybenzyl). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
