<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal dehydrator in which dehydrated tea leaves and water are completely separated, a complicated gloove machining of the rotary shaft is eliminated, a bearing supporting high-speed rotation of a dehydration cylinder is made, and the tea leaves mounted on the lower supporting beam can be easily brushed away. <P>SOLUTION: The position of a dehydration cylinder can be elevated during dehydration, and the position of the dehydration cylinder can be lowered when taking out the tea leaves. The bearing enduring high-speed rotation is arranged in the fitting condition only when elevating the dehydration cylinder, and the rotary shaft and a motor are attached to the same flame and can be elevated and lowered all together.
