An inflatable structure 2 for use as a spray tan booth, the structure including an inflatable support assembly 4, 6 which defines a pair of opposed sides and a front; a pair of opposed side wall elements 14, 16 supported by the support assembly; and a floor element 22 located between the side wall elements and which extends forwards beyond the front of the support assembly, wherein the front defines an opening which provides unimpeded access into the structure and the inflatable support assembly includes a valve 12 which is connectable to a source of compressed air. The support assembly may be in the form of a front inverted U-shape 4 and a rear inverted U shape 6, with intermediate supports at floor level 10a, 10b and at roof level 8. A rear wall 18 may also be present. A method of applying a spray tan is also provided.
