The device has adjustable upper belts (a) to fix an effort assistance balancelle with a gymnastic bar. Sandows (b) connect an upper part with a foam ring (d) and a lower part with a metal snap hook (f). A PVC seat (c) includes 8 holes (h) per face to allow the passage of the sandows, and is covered with foam layer (g). The holes are decorated with metal eyelets to reinforce safety of the device. The sandows are stretched completely to gradually increase the effort and to ensure muscular assistance to subject practicing the exercise.
