<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner production method using a reactor which can prevent the deposition of raw materials and the short path problem without specifying the heating temperature in detail, even when slurry including a solid component used as the raw material is heated, and to provide toner produced with the reactor. <P>SOLUTION: The reactor 10, which heats the slurry raw material including the solid component, continuously fed from an end of a reaction tube 100 relative to the central axial direction of the reaction tube to flow, includes plural perforated plates 110 arranged to separate the inside of the reaction tube 100 into plural compartments in the flow direction of raw material. The reactor satisfies the relations (1/2)D'≤D<D', and 0.2≤S/D'≤5.0, wherein D represents the diameter of each of the perforated plates 110, D' represents the inner diameter of the reaction tube 100, and S represents the interval between any two adjacent perforated plates 110 in the flow direction of raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
